How do I sign-up?

How much does it cost?

While tax filing services are included in your membership fee, additional consultations are available at a discounted rate for our clients:

    • 30-minute call – $60

    • 60-minute call – $110

How will I be invoiced?

We’ve arranged a discounted rate for our clients, and our partner, TaxFyle, bills us directly. Once your consultation is complete, our operations team will send you an invoice you can easily pay online.

Can I extend my consultation if I need more time?

Yes, if you need additional time, you can purchase it to complete your consultation.

Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask?

No, feel free to ask as many questions as time allows. If more time is needed, additional time can be purchased to extend your consultation.

What if my call drops or I experience technical difficulties?

If the call is interrupted, your Tax Pro will reach out to you via the platform chat. If consultation time remains, they will reconnect to continue the session.

Can I send documentation prior to the call?

Absolutely. You can upload any documents ahead of time to provide your Tax Pro with the full context they need for your consultation.
