The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the ADVR, LLC. ("Advisor") Customer Referral Program ("Program"):
Eligibility
The promotion is open to any qualified Advisor client (referrer) as of the date of this promotion. Further, as a referrer, you agree that you are a contracted client, and will abide by Advisor’s Privacy Policy. The existing client's (referrer) $250 cash deposit will be applied to their Altruist Cash account within 30 calendar days after the prospective client (referral) submits their second payment. Promotion limited to two referrals per calendar year.
Referral Reward
The Referrer will receive a deposit of $250 into their Altruist Cash account for each successful referral (“Referral Reward”). The Referee will receive a $250 deposit into their Altruist Cash Account once they have completed our orientation process or two payments. Credits will be applied to a Referrer’s account within 30 days of a successful Referee's second payment.
Limitations
A maximum of two (2) Referral Reward credits can be earned per calendar year per Referrer. Referral Reward credits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for credit or other merchandise. Referral Rewards must be deposited into an Altruist Cash account to be redeemed. Both referrer and referral must be an active customer of Advisor to receive reward.
Termination and Changes
Advisor may suspend or terminate the Program or a user's ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. Advisor reserves the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
